Customer Services

 

The Bridge’s Customer Services Team provides a welcoming, friendly front-line contact for the Bridge and deals with all enquiries whether face to face in our reception or by telephone, fax and email.

 

The team is managed by Kerry Elliott, who has over 15 years experience in administration and customer relations.  She is supported by a team of 3 staff:  Lisa Cresswell – Tenancy Support Administrator and Joanne Reilly – Receptionist along with Stephen Saulsbury – Financial Administrator.

 

The Customer Service Team deal with any enquiry in a calm and efficient manner to enable clients to access the appropriate Bridge services or be signposted to an external organisation / agency or given other relevant information.  The team will always try and help and if they cannot, they will do their very best to find someone who can.

 

Customer Services is also responsible for the distribution of food donations to The Bridge.  They coordinate the delivery of the food to the Bridge, make it into packs and distribute it to clients.  When the Bridge runs out of food the Customer Service Team have information on where else clients can go for food parcels.

 

The Bridge also provides a postal system enabling clients to have a ‘care of’ address which helps them to access benefits, employment etc. Kerry and her team manage this system and will hold clients post for them until they can collect it. 

 

Kerry is also responsible for the recruitment and supervision of volunteers.  There are many volunteering opportunities at the Bridge – if you would like to be involved, please click here for more information.
