When does the service end?
The
Bridge usually offers 6 months support, this may be extended depending on your
support needs and housing situation.
If you need more support than we can offer, we can help you try to
involve other agencies. You will be
informed well in advance of your case being closed and you will have a chance
to discuss your circumstances with your support-worker. If you do not attend three consecutive
appointments you case will be reviewed and may be closed.
